Le Bois aux Daims

Located in western France, one hour from Tours and Poitiers, the Domaine Le Bois aux Daims stretches across 260 hectares of forest, with a 10-hectare animal reserve at its heart, where the animals can be observed in their natural habitat. Each cottage has been designed to blend into nature.

- A 190m² plenary room, excluding furniture (possibility of dividing it into two lots of 95m²)
- 3 sub-commission rooms measuring 47m²/50m²/50m² that can be turned into a 147m² plenary room
- A 94m² lobby, including 16m² business centre (2 workstations)
- Equipment provided in each room includes one screen + one video-projector

The 800 comfortable cottages (VIP Eden, Premium Eden, Comfort Eden) can welcome between 2 and 12 guests.

Perfectly integrated into the surrounding forest, they allow you to see deer up close, either from the terrace or through the living room's large bay window.

Don't forget about the domaine's exclusive feature: 9 houses for 4 to 6 people nestled up high in the trees. It's the ideal spot to feel in perfect harmony with the animals.
