The 270 houses are painted in colours inspired by the Picardy region's traditions, and are located beside the golf course, the lake or the canal. The 80 spacious apartments are beside the large lake. The houses and apartments are equipped with: bathroom, separate WC, TV, terrace or balcony and Wi-Fi (speed varies). Free outdoor car parks.

The restaurant "L'Onagre" located in the heart of the village, accommodates 50 to 210 people. Subject to booking. Meals are served on a covered terrace with large windows and lake views. For seminar menus, we offer cusine favouring local ingredients and regional recipes. At the "Golf Club House" (20 to 50 covers) located a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village, you can also hold a private dinner or party.

IN THE VILLAGE Pedalos, pétanque, table tennis, 2 covered tennis courts and 2 outdoor tennis courts, archery, mountain biking, and multi-sports area. Belle Dune golf course: 18 holes in the dunes and forest - Driving range - Club House. Aquaclub with sauna, hammam, indoor heated pool, wave pool and slide in the village (under renovation - reopening date to be confirmed). LOCAL EXPLORATION Marquenterre bird park (a haven of peace and nature), Sailing trip in Authie Bay (seal watching), Somme Bay steam train, Valloires Abbey and Gardens. ORIGINAL ACTIVITIES High ropes course, Olympiads on Quend and Fort-Mahon beaches, kite surfing, multi-activity challenge (sailing yacht, eco-friendly outdoor activities), Belle Dune Trophy, rafting on the lake, treasure hunt.
