Your seminar in a village with Provençal charm. Located between the Alpilles and Luberon massifs, the pedestrianised holiday village of Pont-Royal en Provence dominates the Durance valley between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon. Luxurious facilities and a special location in the heart of a 185 ha estate: you'll have all you need to combine discussions, relaxation and fun under the shade of the plane trees, rocked by the hum of cicadas!
At the foot of the holiday village: "Espace Médicis", 520 m2 with 6 modular meeting rooms and 2 separate rooms including 1 production office (Chaplin). At the top of the holiday village: "L'Église", an atypical 70 m2 room. "Artemisia", "Abelia" and "Oléa", three rooms in the same building for a more intimate meeting or break-out session. Our apartments can be converted into break-out rooms for 10 people in boardroom layout. The Espace Médicis car park can be used for a marquee for your conventions, exhibitions and catering needs. The 300 apartments and houses are accessible on foot through the streets and squares of the village in buildings with typical Provençal charm. All our accommodation has an outdoor area (terrace or garden), bathroom with toilet (or separate toilet) and television. Depending on the apartment, the rooms have a double bed or twin beds, and the living room has sofa beds. Wi-Fi. Car park at the entrance to the village near the convention centre, and 2 car parks in the village.
Our teams will provide advice on which restaurant areas are best suited to your event. 3 restaurants in the Place de la Mairie: "Les Tilleuls": 150 covers "La Farigoule": 110 covers "Le Café des Arts" (90 covers): Restaurant-Bar open until 12:30 am. The golf course restaurant: "Es Beu La Vie": 170 covers in summer and 130 in winter For your parties: "La Place de la Mairie", serving up to 350 people depending on the format, with a pétanque-aperitif followed by a Provençal dinner (on request, depending on the season). Private hire of the "Espace Médicicis". "Le Château de Pont Royal" a few kilometres from our village and other authentic venues in the region. Cuisine focusing on local ingredients and regional recipes, such as "Aubergine riste with tomato and basil, toasted focaccia" and "Tarte Tropézienne". To customise your event: a wide choice of themed buffets, cocktail receptions, gala dinners, open bar events and more.
IN THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE:
- Water park: 900 m² wave pool, rafting river and 2 race slides (open mid-April to mid-October), rock pool (610 m², open from June to mid-September), 2 ha lake.

- International 18-hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and a 6-hole course. 2 academies for courses and introductions.
