Viencon Summer Festival

We arrived on Thursday around 12:00 to prepare & start building up the event. Greeted by the Park Sales Coördinator, we quickly found our way, as this was our 2nd time hosting the event on this park. At 14:00 final meeting with Center Parcs and Albron to check and double check everything. During the build up on Thursday and Friday morning and afternoon the technical and security crew of CP was available for checks and requests. During the whole event with exceptions of minor incidents, the event ran smoothly and our visitors were very pleased how everything was organized. Because of regulary communications between CP and Viencon throughout the year towards the event, makes a lot of things during event so much easier.
