All the arrangements can be complemented with, for example, a teambuilding activity, diner, drinks or party. Futhermore a multipleday program can be planned and organized as well, together with a overnight stay in one of our accommodations.

- Use of plenary venue for 2 parts of the day
- Unlimited tea/coffee and mineral water during the meeting and break
- Fresh fruits during the meeting
- Day fresh patisserie at welcome or/and morning break
- Extensive lunch buffet, including lunch drinks; coffee, thee, fruit juices and milk
- Note books, pens and mints on the table
- Use of beamer and flip-over
- Free parking (with the exception of Beachhotel Zandvoort)
